Caltex Ruimsig

Hi Guys

I'm a resident in Ruimsig and I went to Caltex Ruimsig to play lotto and the service I got from a Trainee attendant was lawful, they started talking bad about the lotto machine when I was on the sue Cox they saw me holding a lotto ticket and it didn't and there the guy just went on with bad comments until the manager came to help which I'm thankful, the question I have is why do these Companies hire people who insult and disrespect Customers coz that is alot of people sitting at home and in need of that job, Caltex Ruimsig please take your staff for public relations training.
