Caltex not correcting a problem they caused by throwing incorrect fuel in

My car was thrown in incorrect fuel by one of the petrol attendants and since then my car cannot drive over 80-100km p/h i would like to know how do i go about logging a formal complaint so that they can actually see to my problem. It has been over 2 weeks and its just been a back and forth
