Caltex Montclair ignores Covid directives

I visited the Montclair Caltex service station shop. There was nobody at the door vetting customers, no hand sanitizing or any obvious sign of adherence to the mandatory Covid directives. On entering the shop I observed customers with no masks and some with masks below their noses. Most of the personnel had their masks below their noses. I asked for the masks to be worn properly and encountered disdain and snide comments. I was threatened with violence "we will sort you out" by customers. The person running the till had his mask below his nose directly in front of customers and when I approached him to put his mask on properly he was rude to me and then refused to serve me. Some other staff told him to "give me a chance" and serve me as though I was the one in the wrong. I became completely exasperated by the complete lack of willingness by the staff to correct their behavior and the fact that they were siding with customers that were not wearing their masks.

A company that feels so little for their Customers safety does not deserve my business. Caltex has lost me as a customer together with my friends foever!
