Caltex Montclair

Whenever we are in Durban, we always try to support our local service station in our area, which is the local Caltex Service Station in Montclair. This morning prior to our departure to Johannesburg. We waited more than 10min to fill tyre pressure. Vehicles coming after us at this point are getting served. One petrol attendant going to serve another vehicle, looks at my husband from a distance and in a very rude manner, asking if my husband's okay, across the forecourt Instead of being pleasant and providing good service and coming to our vehicle. My husband says I'm waiting here 10min and not getting served. The attendent then tells us to move to the otherside of the forecourt to a working tyre pressure machine. When we get to the otherside, the attendent says dont be upset or call caltex to complain.

Caltex Montclair, needs to teach their staff proper customer service because they will loose alot of business
