Caltex Mokopane Bad service

Bad Customer Service - From Kwena Magashole

Good day,

I would like register a bad customer service recieved from ur cashier with the above mentioned named. It happened at around 20h33 Caltex Mokopane next to builders.

I am a regular at this filling station always filling up my petrol here, I am puzzled to receive this kind of service from the cashier.

It would make a proper sense to explain how things are done, but the problem begin with the attitude and unwillingness to intermediate customer service.

I was 1st asked if the electricity is eskom, or municipality, then asked to provide a meter number, given them my phone which he just overlooked at it and said I can't assist you.

For unknown reasons I wasn't assisted, the person further said he is in charge he is the manager. Kindly have look at the DVR Cameras to ascertain this complaint.

Cashier even point put to the money given to him in a polite manner in a gesture that is not acceptable. If indeed he is the manager, he needs to be taken to the customer expirience training.
