Caltex Mentors Plaza ignoring risk to safety

On vacation to Plettenberg bay and wanted to refuel my vehicle at Caltex Mentors Plaza. <br> The uneducated management places a low barrier across the entrance at a hight of 2.8m without signboards indicating a hazardous low entry point. <br> The bicycles on my roof were smashed of the Thule brackets causing damage to my roof racks and bicycles.<br> <br> The petrol attendants commented that several vehicles gets damaged on a regular basis. He also commented that management was aware of the issues and just don't want to rectify the risk.<br> I contacted the management and they don't care,nor wish to consider to remove barrier or even compensate me for the damage.<br> <br> The barrier remains a risk to vehicles entering the petrol plaza.<br> <br> Caltex management don't care about the safety or risk to customers!!!!!!
