Caltex jeffreys bay

On 23.11 we used Caltex at Jeffreys Bay to fill up our cars tank. The petrol joggie on duty decided to clean our windows but broke off the rear windscreen wiper. He showed it to his collegues as well asto the supervisor and they all had a very good laugh. Only when I got out of the car he showed it to me starting to argue with me ... the car is old etc., well other people managed to clean the window without breakingthinks off and the car is not so old. Asking the supervisor what he will do about this he also started arguing. Only when I demanded to speak to the managerhe made his way to the office. I was told that they will hand in a claim at theitinsurance and thet the insurance will contact me. Even after several phone calls I still did not get any response. Oh and the manager Mr Christo Strydom did not eeven bother to show up. Today I called again! to find out the insurance company , claim number and contact person. Which I got but NO claim number. It would be great if I could get any reply on this as I find the service very unsatisfying
