Caltex freshstop Ruhamah

I went in to collect a Pargo parcel at the Caltex Freshstop Ruhamah, as always the two people assisting you at the till is RUDE AND ***********. I went in this morning to collect 2 prarcels that arrived separately, when i explained this to the *********** male helping me, he insisted that there was only 1, when i opened the package I could see that my other parcel was not in the box, so I went back inside to tell them there should be another parcel, which then a lady helped me with a very BAD attitude.

They have no worry in the world, are rude and have a bad attitude towards customers. To speak to management is of no use, because nothing get solved.
