Caltex does it again!

had just about enough with the continuous pathetic service I receive from the Caltex service station in Palmview Phoenix. Yesterday was the 3rd time a petrol attendant filled the wrong fuel. I distinctly asked him to fill R500-00 LRP & I repeated myself twice, but this guy decides to fill unleaded for R421-35. He calls Eugene, who says there's nothing they can do and I shouldn't fuss & it's my job to check what fuel is being filled. Eugene was absolutely rude & arrogant & pointed his fingers at me. Logan involved himself, insisting that both petrols are the same, so I asked why does unleaded burn faster than LRP? He tells me oh don't worry this car can take both petrols. All 3 are such idiots. No1 even apologised. Last week, at the same garage I asked for R400 LRP the guy fills R428 and says I have to pay it irrespective of his mistake. Logan, Eugene or the trainee all refused to give me the managers number and told me to come back when it suited them, I said I have to work. They rep**** it's not their problem. When will bad service stop and when will management actually do something about it? This is getting seriously out of hand, people's hard earned money is involved.
