Caltex, Capri Way, Bayview Mitchell's Plain

Caltex Service Station, Capri Way, Bayview Mitchell's Plain... I'm so disgusted by Caltex, I've filled up my car and even though the petrol tank/pump ran up the numbers my tank weren't filled up. When I informed the petrol attendant, he said it sometime happens with newer car models and that I shouldn't worry as the issue will rectify itself when I drive, so I went ahead and paid. Two days later I went back to enquire as the fuel gage seem to be stuck at the same place and low and behold, the car was in fact not filled up. All supporting docs were given to the manager on duty and seven months down the line I'm still awaiting feedback from their "investigation" I asked them for their paper trail to forward to my insurance in order to claim but it seems as if I'm being ignored. How pathetic can a seemingly successful service station be to not have any qualms about robbing their customers?
