Caltex brenthurst

I was at caltex brenthurst in springs this morning around 05:10 wanting to fill up. I was told by a female attendant, it's change of shift so they can't pour petrol for me. I'm literally on reserve so where am I expected to go. I'm really disappointed in the service and if it's like that a sign should be placed so we know, so we don't get turned away.
