Caltex being very ********* & greedy!

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the Caltex in Brackendowns, Alberton (Vaal Street).

Yesterday (late afternoon / early evening) they closed off the service station claiming they had no petrol. However the were open again first this in the morning without any fuel being delivered.

It's quite clear this was done to benefit from the higher, quite ridiculous petrol price which was effective from today.

This is very ********* & a blatant lie!!!
