Caltex bad service

Good Day I am very unhappy I went to caltex ( wonderpark mall pretoria karen park)on the 3/5/18 asked the guy to throw diesel and he threw petrol, only noticing the following day. When i contacted them they agreed to fix it .there mechanic came to fetch my car and he towed it infront of me, as i walk to my flat i noticed that the mechanic is actually driving my car. Shocked i called caltex and informed them i just saw there mechanic driving my car and there response was that he just wanted to see how far the damage is. I was shocked coz im not a mechanic and i know u not suppose to drive a car that has the wrong fuel in .but anyway its been close to 2 weeks and i havent recieved my car, they told me they talking it to ford but its not even by ford its by professional's as they keep saying. the manager koos keeps saying the car will be fine tomorrow but tomorrow never comes and i have told him a million times i need my car asap as my job requires me to have a car. What customer service is? They dont even know whats wrong and what parts are they waiting for.
