Caltex and Seattle Coffee non compliance with COVID

The Oakland’s Houghton station is clearly not checking their staff or staff on the premises. A clearly sick barista who was not wearing a mask but rather a scarf, coughed into his hands before using his exposed hands to touch the coffee lids.
