Caltex

I had an incident at caltex service station i then proceeded to lay a formal complaint to the owner . The owner was unhelpful so we posted our incident on hello peter ,chevron contacted us only to inform us that they cant do anything . So the individual franchise owners can do as they please trading under caltex as a brand....please assist
