Broken windscreen

I took my car for car wash at Caltex Orchards. They used their automatic car washing machine. I got my car back with broken windscreen. The manager who was not even concerned told me that his company will not accept responsibility for the damage. He also refused to show me the camera footage of when they were busy with my car.
