Broken Packaging for their Pies

I bought a pie on the 14 August 2017, took it to the count and paid for it. As i walked out the shop the pie fell out the bottom of the packet which was broken and I did not see at the time, I went back into the shop to tell them the pie fell out due to the packet being broken. They said it was my fault and they refuse to give me another pie or refund my money.

I support them all the time with filling up with fuel.
