BMW e60 *** model _ Contamination by Caltex N4 Orchards

I am sorry to state under total disappointment that since my last negative review on the 23/02/2022 about the matter with my BMW e60 530D 2004 model, sedan, no one took action to solve it. It is now 7 weeks that they send me from insurance to insurance stating they are busy with investigations. Now i spoke with the old mutual insurance lady that is handling my case and she told me that they have been waiting for the garage to pay the excess fee of R 2500. My question is what type of garage is this that can not afford to pay an excess fee of R2500 to the insurance company to process a claim on the matter that they are liable.

On the 23rd of February Caltex emailed me stating that they treat fairly the clients and will resolve the matter with urgency. is today the 18 of March and nothing has been done. Looks like they will take me serious if i can approach a law firm to attend my case. No problems because now ill claim also the damages i am caused by the lies to me presented and the loss of income due to not having my car based on the contamination problem created by caltex.
