BMW E60 530D wrong fuel inserted by Caltex Orchard N4 Garage by Valencia Mbombela

Greetings, my name is Abu Amade Abu, drivers license number ***1FJ6P, owner of the BMW e60 530D 2004 model, sedan. I write this review very disappointed with the way i am being treated by the Caltex Orchard N4 Garage by Valencia Mbombela, Mpumalanga province. I drove my BMW to the garage on the 02nd of the current month to purchase Diesel 50ppm in between 11 am and 13.50 pm on the amount of R 400, 00. Hence I arrived, I requested the petrol attendance to loud Diesel 50ppm in my car and after she put the fuel I notice that the car was having strong smell of fuel, I decided to drive back to the garage and question her if she did put Diesel 50 ppm in my car and not petrol. The lady petrol attendance, again confirmed to me that she put diesel in my car. After that I left the garage and drove to Komati port with the car. On the way the car started to give me engine malfunction signals and even stopped in hectorspruit. I restarted the car and manage to reach Komati port to attend my work. The car kept giving bad signals and cutting the power. On the next morning I had to drive very slow to reach my mechanic in Nelspruit because the car was completely overheating and the smell was increasing and losing power. I left the car at the mechanic and at the end of day I received a call with the feedback that there was wrong fuel inserted in my car and was affected deeply the function of it. The mechanic has got the sample of the fuel inserted in the car available if needed and requested. I went immediately to the garage to report the incident made by their employee. The receive all my concerns and stated that they were going to undergo due diligence and attend the matter. It has been a full month that my vehicle is at the mechanic and no one did go and attend to it, after they did confirm to me that they made a report to their insurance company that was going to contact the mechanic to solve the bill of R 74 000, presented to the for vehicle to be fixed. On my understanding they are not being honest with me and reserves me no other option if HELLOPETER can help me than to go via legal route. I currently having loss of income for a month because the nature of my business requires me to endure cross border work. I have been using Cab Taxi From White River To Nelspruit everyday and it costs me R150 in the morning and R150 at the end of day. I have also submitted the invoices of all this payments i have made to the cab driver and receive no single refund from them after they agreed to pay for the cost. I have submitted up to now 2 communications _ emails _ that i got no answer up to now. I humble request your support on this matter hence is completely unfair such type of treatment to the clients.
