Bitter petrol attendant

I got to Caltex the one14th Avenue, Fairland on Friday 7th August. Most pumps had cones and the the pump I decided to go did not have a cone placed like others. It was just by the pump and I thought I could use the pump. I waited for the attendant and no one came. Another car came few minutes after me, some attendant suddenly came out to assist having a friendly chit chat with the driver (seemingly they know each other). I pointed out that I have been waiting to be assisted and he just comes out ignoring me...The guy (Conference), just mumbled I could not even understand what he was saying...he carried on and just ignored me. If people really hate their jobs that much they should not take it out on customers, especially when I am always use Caltex for ucount points
