Beyond Disappointed Caltex E****wa Daveyton

Good day. I went to pour petrol at the Caltex in E****wa - Daveyton and was beyond disappointed and saddened with the service there. The most annoying part is that the petrol attendants have nothing to do with the extremely poor service. It all has to do with management. On top of that it is the only garage that accomodates majority of that section.

We waited for approximately 1 hour and 10mins to pour gas in a queue that never moved. To a point people just switched off their cars standing in the queue. Only two of the eight petrol tanks are working. The entrances are wrongly placed, there's no control of how the cars manoeuvre around, It's just a mess all day every day. Only one POS works , actually, partially works because the poor attendants have to continuously run around to get a network connection of which it's a disgrace in this day and age to have people work like that. I grew up knowing the Caltex brand as a brand of the elite where not just anyone would go pour petrol. Only the "rich" would go, and that's not what I experienced recently.

The attendants deserve to be treated like proper employees instead of being treated like their doing the garage owners a favor. This problem needs to be fixed asap. The garage needs to be restructured - extended and have a shop too. A facelift needs to be done asap. I can only imagine currently the trauma people are having to experience everytime they go there. I'm talking about the community.
