BEST SERVICE FOR CALTEX GARAGE IN KWAMATHUKUZA NEWCASTLE

i filled my car with R500 fuel three days ago, and the attedant filled petrol instead of diesel. was driving from newcastle to joburg and stucked in volkrust..i had a car towed to a nearest workshop which confirmed that petrol was filled instead of diesel...i then called the caltex in matukuza madadeni and the manager apologised about the error and they paid the workshop a full amount of all costs incurred... and a full tank of diesel and deposited R1000 into my account for all the stress i encountered....these days service providers dont want to take responsibility of any liabilities....but with this garage i surely raise the banner of Best Service in our small town of Newcastle!
