Bad service with arrogant attitude by the franchise owner of Caltex in Voorbaai Mosselbay

Today, around 2pm, I visited one of the Caltex garages in Voorbaai Mosselbay. This is the old Caltex in Voorbaai; I am describing this because there is a new one that opened aswell opposite the old one.

I came to the petrol station and parked behind a car that was busy being serviced and waited there about a few seconds when one of the guys working at station asked to move to another pump. While I was busy moving to another pump he rejected me and went to assist some other white guys in a corrolla (if I recall correctly). So I reprimanded the the guy and told him that I was there first and he told me that 'I don't care'. He further indicated that 'I will help the clients the way that I want and you are not going to tell me because I am the owner here'. He uttered these words in front of the other petrol agents. So a lady came to attend me and assisted me with the petrol while the 'owner' was still busy with the other vehicle. Once the so called 'owner' was done with the other vehicle he came through to my window and I still told him that I was there first and he was unfair towards me by jumping and helping someone else. The guy got upset and told that 'I can do whatever I wanna do' and there after he went inside the shop. I then asked the lady to stop putting in the petrol as I will go to another filling station because I can not tolerate and do business with that kinf of an animal. Then I requested her to ask the so called owner to come take the fuel out of my vehicle because he doesn't deserve my support. An older gentlement came out with the so called 'owner' amd indicated that it's his son and he is the actual owner. I told him the same story and he got aggressive instead of apologising for the mistake that his son committed.

I still emphasised to hi that they must take out the fuel out of my vehicle because I am not prepared to pay them with that kind of attitude. And I told them I will report them to the head office and hello peter. So they've threatened me with calling the police but I told them that I am not *****ing the fuel so they can take it back I no longer want to fill up from them. So the short of the story is that, I left the filling station without paying for the R500 fuel because I was so annoyed by the arrogance that the owner and the son displayed. I am never ever visiting any of the caltex garages again in future. Jist because people own garages they think that they can be arrogant and behave in an unruly manner towards consumers. I will semd through someome to give them thr R500, however that not going to end there; I want them to be brought to book and issue an apology for their behaviour.
