Bad service

Caltex South Africa today I went to pour petrol at the Karolson caltex in Bez Valley just across where I stay. I asked the petrol attendent to pour me 95unleaded as he poured I realized that the pump did not start on R0.00 but on R1.15 I stopped him to make him aware and the amount was already R18.00 at the time, then the petrol attended told me he will pay the R18.00 and I must leave and go to a fancier petrol station at Total Darras center where they have newer pumps because theirs are old and the is nothing he can do about it . Is that the service that caltex gives it customers and how many customers have been pouring there with out been aware that they have been ********** R1,15. And the nerve of the petrol attended telling me its just R1,15.
