Bad Service Caltex Groblersdal.

Received bad service from Caltex in Groblersdal from the manager/owner, i have since been charged twice and awaiting for refund. Forwaded all details required to effect it, no response to emails, no TAT.......am i supposed to figure out myself as to feedback or wait until when??

This is disturbing and disapointing.
