Bad service and theft

I was at this Caltex Rontree service station in Camps Bay the 25th of Nov 2022 and attendant gave us a non working terminal (speed point) and we swiped R300 of petrol and apparently the transaction went through and we were told that the transaction did not go through and did a second transaction with a different terminal and went through and I mentioned to the attendant that the first transaction went through and he said not it will reverse up to this date nothing has reversed and I have been contacting the service station and no luck. Spoke with this Jerome guy and he has been sending me back and forth and today I spoke to the worst guy by the name Sifiso and he just doesn't know what he is doing, like to addressing a client that I was suppose to phone back and check what is happening with FNB reversal. Like *** how can you ask a client to phone back?? and check up on their issue? Who does that? and worse of them all asked for Managing director contact number and he could not provide it 🙄. If I did drive away without paying I was gonna be a wrong person and maybe even arrested and because I did the right thing I am treated like crab, I really hate this. Rontree please pay back my money
