Bad service

16/10/2023 about 4:30 Am went to fill up at Caltex Xanadu . Upon paying my card declined and I couldn’t remember PIN number for my other card and my other phone was off . I asked the petrol attendant to hold on to my valuables while I go home to charge the phone and retrieve the pin he didn’t want and he told me to call the supervisor, when I got to the cashier, the cashier also reverted me to petrol attendant. Despite the fact that I’m a regular customer , even all the staff at Seattle Coffee know me they didn’t want to help.. in such regards I drove off went home to charge my phone and retrieve the pin and came back to pay .. upon arrival they didn’t show any remorse instead the petrol attendant told me he didn’t care what my issues were he only wants money
