Bad Service!!!

I went to the Caltex Garage because It's a Fresh Stop and the weather was exteemly warm.I went to go buy me a 2Lt Coke Zero and the drink was warm like the weather outside.My Girlfriend wanted a Aero slab Chocolate and the coloured lady behind the counter told me the Choc is also warm and has melted.It was such a waste of time to go to that Garage.How can all the stuff be warm and melted?Shudn't the staff make sure that the drinks are early in the fridge to get cold and the Chocolates are suppose to be put in a cool place
