Bad service

I bought a electricity token called unipin for my house on Friday in one of caltex garages in Caversham pinetown on Friday, I punched in the numbers which were supposed to give me electricity token for me to have lights nothing came Friday, Saturday & Sunday including Monday as iam writing I went to the garage and I was given a number to call they apologised for the service but they said I must call the number which I just did they put me through to glocel number that's only when I got my token number no apologies no nothing from the call center agent... So all in all their service is not good I would advise other customers not to use such imagine having to fork out another 100 to buy electricity to pull me through the weekend whereas I know I have paid R500 to buy electricity. I was really not pleased hope that they sought their problem or not sell such product if it does not help...
