Bad service

I would like to lodge a complaint against Caltex garage in Dordrecht (Eastern Cape). On the 30th of July I filled up at Caltex garage in Dordrecht,and the next day my car couldn't start I had to help it with with the accelerator pedal in order for it to start and the was a white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe, I then took it to Toyota service centre in Queenstown because it was serviced by them on the 24th of July and they had do their test and they had drained a fuel which was very dirty I still have the pictures (Toyota staff had told me that it was not their first time to get a car that had the same problem that had filled up at Caltex in Dordrecht ), I then took the sample to Caltex garage in Dordrecht on that same day and I arrived there very late and the manager was gone home already. I got to speak to one of the employees and he told me that they had the same incident just a week before I went there to complain, he then asked me to the following day but I couldn't because the car was becoming worse I took it back to Toyota in Queenstown and tried to fix it but the car still did the same thing. I then phoned the manager by the name Hannenie, she then told me that they had took the sample for test in one of their depot in East London, after that she never got back to me to tell me what was the results. And I'm still experiencing the same problem, I took it to Toyota service centre in Cape gate (Cape town),they are still trying to fix the car,the car is now miss firing and there's a black thing that comes out of the exhaust pipe and there's also a bad smell coming out of the engine.
