Bad service

This garage is just few meters away from were I stay but every time i think of going there i always know that petrol attendants take their time to help you, i always have second thoughts ,they dont disappoint, they parade. If I am late going somewhere or going to work i dont think i will ever use this garage except their kiosk.i used it several times but still the same. This week i end up asking the guy who was assisting me that why do they parade when helping customers and he told me that they are only using one speed point, then I asked who is their manager or who is responsible for providing speed point.then he said the staff which was working night shift didnt charge them so they dont have power. ...honestly that was not a great excuse as it was not my first time experiencing such a relaxed service.
