Bad/ no service at carwash

I Arrived and paid for car wash (wash & go) at 17:36 and the car was closes at 18:00. the guyz there were busy wiping the car infront of mine and they told me that they can't wash my car as they are not paid overtime.<br> <br> I went back to the cashier and explained the situation as I was there way before closing time and he just told me that there is nothing he can do and just gave my money back<br>
