Bad management at caltex delft fail to do his job

I went to caltex in delft where I threw in petrol and the guy who helped me asked to check my oil he check my oil mean while the petrol liters never run. I drove away and saw my tank still the same I thought it's my imagination coz aircon is on it could b tht. The next day I went back same side another guy assisted me he thn. Saw the petrol hoss faulty ND gad to keep it for liters to run. Whn I went to the manager Ismail he sed he Will Check on according that day nd camera and come back to me since today nothing I went back to thn Ismail instead come with excuses and laugh at me I mean seriously customer service petrol is so expensive and they just never minded I never went back there I go to a other garage service is bad
