Bad customer service

<p>I use Caltex all the time(even when travelling across country) and generally have been really happy with the service. Until I went to Mothibistad Caltex in the Northern cape were the petrol attendant(Matlala name tag) on the 15/01/17 6:00 am. stood on the passenger side without greeting or anything, I rolled down the window and requested for a fill up. He just proceeded to the petrol tank and was filling up, I realised he wasn't coming to wash the wind screen and politely requested that he washes the screen while the tank is filling up as I was in a hurry. He just ignored me, I asked him if he cant put the pump on autofill in order to wash the screen and he rudely told me that if he could do that he would't be standing at the pump.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was really taken back by his response and informed him that is not the way to speak to the customer. He asked me if I'm at the station for him or petrol, if I am there for him I must let him know(whatever that meant, surely this is a threat). At that stage I realised the situation was escalating and requested for his manager's numbers, of which he told me he doesn't have them.</p> <p>I could see that he was not co-operating so decided to go speak to his colleague at the till and asked for the manager's numbers. His colleague also refused to provide the numbers indicating that he doesn't have them.</p> <p>I have not been able to report this matter as Mothibistad caltex contacts are not listed as well. This kind of bad service is really not acceptable and needs to be investigated.</p>
