Bad Customer Service

<p>I posted this on the 29th December,on your FB page but got no response, I'll try my luck here and Copy & Paste it:</p> <p> </p> <p>Service at this station(FRESH STOP PE CONVENIENCE) sucks big time, I went to fill up this morning, jockeys are casually chatting with the supervisor, I had to get out of the car and ask if they're on duty or what, I ask them why they're not as active as other jockeys in other stations, they have the audacity to tell me 'that's not how we do things here' and supervisor clearly sees nothing wrong with this as he's laughing with them, I tell him I'll have to find from his superiors if this is true. he realises that I'm serious when im taking their names and taking this pic then he acts all surprised telling me that these guys are still new, I request a follower from Caltex SA as this is not acceptable at all.those jockeys should get a verbal warning at the least and their supervisor, a written warning, he should have known better.im awaiting your response Caltex SA</p>
