Bad customer service

<p>am disgusted about the service I recieved yesterday evenning at #Caltex blue downs service station ..come into the garage pour R100 petrol with my sisters card who was with me in the car.the attendant asked me to step to the window as the cordless speed point was not working and I gladly did this .the guys asked me to put in the pin then told me to take out the card and I did so to my suprise he tells me that I heard him wrong he was saying I should not take the card out.he then put the card bck to perform a new transaction everything was good tikk I walked back to the car my sister told me that she recieved 2 charges .I walked back to have a conversation with the attendant and he reffered me to the cashier guy thats when the drama began .the guy refused to pay me back as he claims that the money will automatically reverse into my account I asked him to call the manager becouse the money was deducted twice on the account .he said he is calling the manager to come down stairs after a long convation on the phone he says his manager whats to talk to me becouse there is nothing they can do I told him to tell him to come down and miraculously he had left for home earlier .I then ask this guy to give me a note with the garage stamp or hearder to guarantee me that the money will reverse he told me he wnt do that and I am waisting my time stranding there and that I need to come back today .I then explained to him that I do not stay in that area it will be costy for me and I basilly left .I will not rest till I get to the bottom of this.I regret getting into that service station I always use #beyondpetrolium as they offer the best service .what saddenes me is that its not the first time I experience bad service at caltex franchise and its clear that they need to get some advice from bp on customer services.</p>
