Bad customer care

On Sunday the 3rd instant, I was attending a church service in Bizana. As usual I went via Caltex In Flagstaff. I wittingly approached a petrol attendant to allow me to take money from the ATM which is just close to the filling tank and he gave me permission, I was rudely approached by another petrol attendant who is known as Bapsy or Zanewonga. On my way from church I came back to buy Coffee for Reverend and myself, I saw the supposed to be gentleman and talked to him about his unbecoming behaviour and advised him not to treat customers as he did to me, he could not even listen to me and shouted at me badly. I reported the matter to management and they promised to come back to me in the morning but I waited until 13H00 when I had to call them. The management was so nice to me and I really appreciate the manner they had attended the manner but even when they tried to do reconciliation he did not show any remorse. I humble suggest that he must be taken for customer care course and anger management. Caltex Flagstaff has got a a nice staff and nice management except Zanewonga. I also suggest that he must not be disciplined but be thought about the importance of keeping good relations with one customer and the danger of losing one customer. I honestly accept apology from the manager unconditionally but still bitter about the malicious utterances inflicted to me by the employee. Thanks.
