BAD BEHAVIOR FROM CALTEX LITHA PARK KHAYELITSHA

Today around 16:35hrs I went to Caltex garadge Litha park khayelitsha in Western Cape inoder to top up my car fuel.It was disgusting and unexpected conduct from one of the fuel attendant called Banele.He arrived to my car to tell me I must wait and i can not get fuel soon as they are doing handover.Politely I asked him that I'm in a rush if it is possible that may asist me with fuel as I was in opinion that if another shift is taking over can affect operations.However he told me that if I can't wait I must leave the garadge as he can not help me till they done with handover.His tones and body lunguage was very unprofessional.My girlfriend then asked him that any reason for talking in that rude manner.We immediately requested him to call for his manager or a supervisor,he then told us that he can't do that if we want to see the manager we must go and look for ourselves. I then told Banele that I will take this issue with Caltext complaints desk as his contuct was unacceptable,after we told him this he then change and said can not call the manager because is busy.We repeated that if the manager or supervisor didnt come to see us we will report him and he then called his supervisor Antony not sure if I write his name correctly.

We narrated what happened to Anthony and we asked him if this is the proper way for his stuff to deal with the customers like that.Anthony apologized and I did asked him what he is going to do with this employee he promised me that he will take the issue up to the company and we will get the feedback.I didnt trust him as at first he was also trying to do some senseless explanation inoder to defend Banele.

I'm looking foward to get a feedback from you as I think this type of conduct is very bad and the matter should be addressed.I would also want to take opportunity to let you know that myself,friends and my family will nolonger come to your garadge will try to go somewhere were we can be treated with respect.
