Bad Bad Service at caltex

I have receive bad service in Caltex station in Alex-zandra nest to Alex Mall .I went to get petrol and the attended did not close the petrol i notice when my petrol was finish i wend to the other station they told me i don't have a lid , i went back to get my lid they told me they will look at the camera i gave them the slip after a day with no lid losing my petrol they call and said i must go and buy the lid they will replace i wend to them after i have tried to get the lid with no luck , when i got there they said they cant do nothing i was mad and one of the manager told me its my lost that i lost petrol going up and down looking for the lid they they did not want to help after i was there for 5 hours they said they will try to look for it and buy it after 4 days driving with out a lit they call me to say i must come and get the lit what ever petrol i lost its not their Fault i lost petrol and no one even apology's for what happened like it was my fault .
