Bad attitude

Good day

I would to bring to your attention the bad attitude I was given at one of your service station located at SUNWARDPARK

Today I went there for my car wash while they were still busy with my car as usual I went in side the shop to buy a drink. I wanted to buy a cappuccino at the shop the lady (HLONI)asked for my number as usual I gave it to her she was writing it down but I saw she was writing a wrong number i than told her it’s 073 not 083 I said that 3 times it’s like she was not hearing me than she changed it but still wrote it wrong I said it 2 times again than she frowned I asked her why are you frowning because you are writing my number wrong she than shouted at me saying am the one shouting I said how am I shouting cos she’s frowning while am correcting her she continued shouting even said NXAAA to me I asked her why Is she saying NXAAAA TO ME . I asked the other lady (Tembhela)who was there with her to call the manager for me the same lady answered HES OUTSIDE I said am not talking to you she continued ya ya he’s outside

Am not happy at all the attitude was on another level I really ask you to intervene
