bad attitude bad service

Today on the 18th of November 21:27 I went to the caltex Garage in Roodepoort Ruhamah cnr Ruhamah and Mimosa drive to buy a few things and get my wheels pumped..as this is my garage for as long as I can remember..i get to the garage I get out to pump my wheels, the patrol attended asked me if I want patrol I said no than he left and rejoined his man cave where they were talking himself, security guard, the teller at the till and another patrol attended..i decided to check my water it was low, I asked him to bring water he tells me there is the tap, Busi is his name if its his real name..so he tells me there is the tap fill it yourself..u told him I am not asking u for anything outside of your job description, but I doint know mayb he was trying to impress his security friend to show me his bad attitude towards service and his brand Caltex I can get patrol anywhere I chose Caltex because of the service I received but tonight this attended broke my faithfulness to Caltex and my family for his disgusted attitude..i want him to apologize to me for his bad attitude I will never return to that garage and post it on all my social media of bad service and attitude that Caltex staff has untill Busi apologises to me..the teller is my witness Frank on my slip it shows served by Vusi Mazibuko
