Bad attitude and service, and lack of attention to detail which could have costed our lives

Today I went to pour R200 petrol at Caltex Star Stop Millys N4 Highway. What made me mad firstly is I told Freddy the guy who assisted me how much I want, then he pour R36.08 then i reminded him i needed R200. He then left me on the spot went and assisted another guy and came back to me after 20 minutes to pour the rest. He went back to the same guy finished the transaction before he could finish assisting me. I had to ask another petrol attendant to assist as I was tired coming from running a marathon in Nelspruit and rushing back to Pretoria. When the next attendant tried to help me Freddy told him to stop because I was his client. He didn't even apologize for actions and when I told him what he did is not good for client service he then told me "**** me if you want to". I told it's so rude for an old man to speak to the clients like this, he should respect everyone irrespective of their skin colour (I'm sorry to say this but he went to help a why guy and left me there as a black woman). To make matters worse I left the garage after paying only to be made aware by another card on the N4 highway that my car petrol cap and flap were both opened. After all the wait of about 30 minutes of this ordeal inside the garage then this thing about petrol cap and flap. Me, my sister and my 2 friend could have lost our lives should other drivers on the highway had not seen that cap and flap were not closed, maybe the car would have burnt because of the lack of good service and paying attention by one of Caltex staff. I am really disappointed with the services and I will tell my network and people I know never to use Caltex garages because of the bad service which shows that staff are not properly train which can cost people's lives
