bad attitude and blatantly rude.

Very annoyed..i went in caltex on cnr Rivonia and South road ,morningside. I bought a few stuff there, i was helped by a cashier named Nompilo my stuff came up to R32.90 i give the lady R33.00 then she gives me the slip....and no change,then proceeded to ask for the 10cents change. The rude lady then threw it at me,so i thtew it back at her and looked for the manager who wasnt there but was shown the supervisor, i told him i wasnt happy with the way the lady had responded to me.of which the guy asked her to apologise she blatantly refused at first saying she had given me my change.i then pointed to the 10cents wich was on the floor...her apology after that meant nothing... wow were is customer service? I have a ***gy bank where i save all this brown coins for my kids so i was supposed to leave it because its small change ?
