Bad attitude and Bad service

<p>I ordered online from TFG and Pargo delivers it to nearby places. So I decided to use Caltex in Cumberland Street in Bryanston.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a message saying my package is ready to be collected, bring my ID and the reference number - which was included in the message.</p> <p> </p> <p>I arrive at the Caltex garage, and I ask a guy named Siphiwe to assist me. He asked if my package is from Pargo and I said yes.</p> <p> </p> <p>He went to the storage room and came out asking for the ref number which I gave. He said he couldn't find it and he went to check again and I followed him to the storage, waiting outside.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then comes out, helps another guy, letting me wait - and after a few minutes he says he does not know how to deal with the Pargo packages. As you can imagine, this infuriates me as he knew all along he does not know how to do his job. So I left, hoping that later there will be a more competent worker.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few hours later, I go to the Caltex again, but this time with my fiance. He speaks to the guy and Siphiwe tells us that we must come tomorrow because the manager deals with the Pargo packages. I don't believe this, as I was promised that I could collect it anytime, 24/7.</p> <p> </p> <p>We mention to him that he has to help us, it is part of his job and he abruptly asks another customer if he can help them. This is so rude as he's attitude just got worse, ignoring and disrespecting customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance said that he wants the managers number, and then Siphiwe says he does not have it. We then reluctantly got the number from the guy who makes coffee and we had to use our OWN airtime to call the manager, since none of them had a work phone for us to use. Not sure why.</p> <p> </p> <p>After all this hassle, the manager walked him through as to how to release the Pargo packages.</p> <p>I have a few more packages that will be delivered there, but I am not looking forward to dealing with incompetency and bad attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort your staff out and train them correctly. </p>
