Bad attitude and Bad service

I arrived at Caltex corporate park south in Randtjies at to get petrol and waited 15 min without any one attending me,i had hoot just to be told that the pump is closed, the wait another 5 min for that to be sorted and to be told to move to the next pump. so I just took my money and left had to go back to fetch my lit. Can someone explain to why when I am rushing to work I have to spend 20min at a garage and still not get petrol and receive an attitude,definatly wont recommend this place
