Bad Attitude
Unforgettable Experience at Caltex on Blair Atholl Road. I went to fill fuel at the above garage on the 14th of Aug 2015 @+- 17h00 , Whow the petrol attendant was superb but what irritated me most that I had to wait for my change. The guy went to the cashier and waited for a long period of time before the cashier could assist him. On querring the delay the guy said me the owners son was scolding the cashier and asked her to wait and listen to him before she assist us.The staff members at the above site are friendly and their service is excellent. Is this the service and attitude we must receive from owners? I might as well support the Shell Garage in future.
