Awesome Service

Today I got a flat tyre driving past Sable Square in Milnerton. I had to make a u-turn to get to the Caltex opposite Sable Square next to Centurion Business Park. The station was busy with a car at almost every pump. I had barely stopped when Jetro came running up to my car asking how many bars I need. Jetro had spotted me when I drove in and instead of waiting to be asked for help, he was at my car before I could even look for an attendant. He noticed my tyre was actually punctured and immediately offered to change my tyre. Good thing cause i had no clue.<br> He really made my day at a time when I was panicking a bit. His fast, effective and friendly service lifted my mood and Iwas super impressed with his initiative and alertness. Someone like that should be developed for a mmanagement role and he should be teaching others on excellent customer service. Thank you Jetro and congrats to Caltex for having such a star as an employee.
