Attacked Assaulted by Freshstop Caltex Clerk & Petrol Attendants

On Tuesday night at around 18:30 I was verbally and physically abused by a store clerk at the 42 Orange Street, Gardens, Cape Town store by a 'lady' named Pamela. Entering the store to buy Med lemon and a snack, she refused to look for the Med lemon, and then refused to take my R100 note for the snacks saying she doesn't serve stupid people like me, calling me an asshole, a white ***** and apparently all the names she could think of in her head. She asked if I didn't know that this was no longer white South Africa, but black South Africa and proceeded with the verbal and racial abuse. She asked if I said she was rude because she was black???? And did I think she was an animal. I returned to the store to take a photo to identify her to the morning manager, whose name she wouldn't reveal. First laughing and running to the back of the store she then came out and physically attacked me, grabbing me by the face and hair and taking my phone. A young customer attempted to help me get my phone back while she screamed at me to punch her and to take the fight outside. I declined both offers. On trying to leave the store with her behind me trying to fight me and being held off by a young customer, two petrol attendants then locked me in the shop. On finally leaving she ran me down to the edge of the parking lot to attack me again. I laid a charge of physical assault at the station. On returning to the shop to see the owner the following morning he knew nothing of an incident, like nothing had happened, having seen all employees leaving shift that morning. I have sent a complaint mail via the Freshstop and Caltex websites to no avail. The Freshstop Facebook messenger contact said they would need to look into it and are sorry????? Pamela is still working behind the counter ~ her words to me when I said she was already in trouble and to give back my phone...nothing will happen to me, so I don't care if you go to the manager or the police. She was correct. Caltex and Freshstop certainly haven't done anything in 4 days. Not so much as a phone call, a suspension, an apology, anything but silence.
