Atrocious service

He rudely refused to wash my windows. I have never had to ask for this service at any caltex before and to be so rudely refuswd waa juat despicably unacceptable. when I asked for his surname in order to speak to a manager he rudle declared \I dont know my surname". Is this the kind of employee caltex wants facing their clientele? I have never ever had such deplorable service at a caltez ever. I know this because I insist on only using caltex to fill uo BECAUSE they give amazing service. This station needs some work. When I asked to see a manager he told me to find him myself... and when I tried I discovered that he wasnt there and only would be availabke monday.<br> thankfully someone offered to wash my window but this incident left a very sour taste in my mouth. this person needs to be dealt with timeously before he ruins the good name of Caltex."""
