ARROGANCE OF MANAGER

<p>I wish to express my disgust at the attitude, arrogance & run in I had with KEVIN NEFT Manager @ Caltex Ladies Mile Bergvliet.</p> <p>For the past 10+ years I have been filling up every Sunday morning @ Ladies Mile and enjoy the gesture of coffee & donoughts that was introduced last year. I also have the most wonderful relationship with all of the petrol jockeys.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday morning past, I again stopped to fill up and grabbed my coffee & donoughts. I was busy filling the 2nd cup when Kevin approached me to say that only 1 cup per car was allowed. I then asked why as I normally get 3 cups as we 3 people in the car, this was no problem since it was introduced. While busy with the third cup, he approached me with arrogance saying I told you only one cup per car, my response was... what do you expect me to put it back into the machine!!</p> <p>This is when we got into a heated argument. I was livid and gave him a bit of my mind. He himself became angry and we exchanged some words in sayin., I quote..</p> <p> “ is it because I’m coloured”...that angered me even more and I told him he was being ****** as I did not mention anything about colour. He then told me to leave the premises. I refused and requested the owner’s number. I got into my car and stilled parked at the petrol pump tried calling the owner Mr Parker, only to release that Kevin was already busy speaking to Mr Parker and giving his side of the story. I refused to leave until I eventually got hold of the owner and gave him my side of what had happened and told him that I this type of behaviour from a Manager was totally unacceptable and I expect an apology from Kevin.</p> <p> </p> <p>After being a loyal client for more than 10 years and to be treated in that manner by a manager with so much arrogance and who has been managing the station for just over a year is not acceptable.</p> <p>( by the way, this was the first time I saw him at the station on a Sunday)</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Parker promised he would address the matter and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date, I have still not heard from either of them.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p>
